As we continue to celebrate 75 years since the founding of the Shevchenko Male Chorus in 1951 and the beginning of the Shevchenko Musical Ensemble, we reflect with gratitude on decades of performances, friendships, and shared musical experiences, among them the recent Anniversary Concert held on May 22 this year. Under the direction of Alexander Veprinskiy, the evening featured a rich program of classical favourites, Ukrainian folk music, and inspiring contemporary works performed by  the Shevchenko Choir, Toronto Mandolin Orchestra, outstanding soloists.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended, performed, volunteered, and supported this special event. Your enthusiasm and applause made our anniversary celebration truly unforgettable.

But our anniversary year is far from over! We have more special events and celebrations planned for the fall, and we look forward to sharing them with you!
